It was my very first connection with an animal telepathically. I’ve had animals virtually all my life. Merely, being around animals so much, you learn to read body language. You get a sense of what they want from you, but this was a different language than I had ever known. Tallaney, a horse owned by Carol Gurney, of the Gurney Institute of Animal Communication, was speaking to me in images, in thoughts, all in my mind’s eye.
I closed my eyes, I was ready. I was listening for a connection with Tallaney. Then he appeared. Tallaney had his face right up against my face. His eye was looking directly into mine. , just like an Optometrist does when you get an eye exam. I will never forget it.
This happens in a split second, and at the same time you’re thinking Wow! I am seeing this image in my mind’s eye and it’s real. This teleclass with Carol Gurney was not fooling around and she was making sure we knew we could communicate with animals in less than an hour and a half into the 3 hour class.
The instructions for the class were to notice anything about Tallaney’s personality. This is when he chose to show himself to me in such a remarkable way. As quickly as I was realizing I was staring into the eye of a horse that lived in California, for goodness sakes, I saw a boot the kind a horse jockey would wear. Then the images were over.
Carol called “time up” for the class and we all shared what we got, if anything. Carol would verify if what we saw, thought, heard, or felt was actually true or was being created in our very busy minds.
When it was my turn to share I didn’t want to because it sounded so stupid to me. Why would I really be seeing a horse’s eye, one eye at that? I was sure it was just my imagination. Carol asked one thing, that you share what you got regardless how silly you felt it was and she reminded the class just before she asked me to speak. I said I don’t think it was anything, I explained the one eye and the boot and to be honest was embarrassed.
Carol blew me away when she told me that Tallaney was blind in one eye and could only see from the eye that I described was looking at me. I was shocked! She also told me that Tallaney had been a Dressage Horse and competed. She said the riders would very well have worn a boot as I had described. My life was about to change in so many ways.
I had indeed connected, Carol had verified what I had seen in my mind’s eye was real. I knew I needed to do this again and again. I was thirsty for more.
